SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Josh Lamb Systems text messaging program, operated by Josh Lamb Systems LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these terms.

1. Program description

Josh Lamb Systems sends one-on-one text messages to clients about their onboarding and IT consulting projects, including questions, updates, and next steps. Clients agree to receive these messages verbally during onboarding.

2. Message frequency

You can expect messages a couple times a week during your project.

3. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier's plan.

4. Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at legal@joshlambsystems.com.

5. Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

6. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

By agreeing to receive messages, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and are at least 18 years old.
