Service Delivery
Our IT consulting services are delivered remotely:
- Service delivery begins upon payment confirmation and scheduling
- Access credentials for digital platforms will be provided via email within 48 hours of payment
- Project timelines will be clearly communicated in your service agreement. It is important to know this is an estimate and various factors may influence start and end dates.
- Completion timeframes vary based on project scope and complexity
Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our services and digital products:
- Consulting services are eligible for full refunds only if work has not begun
- Once work has commenced on any service, no refunds will be provided
- Digital products, software licenses, and downloadable resources are non-refundable once access credentials have been provided
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days of approval by our leadership
Cancellation Policy
For ongoing services and subscriptions:
- Monthly service subscriptions can be canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice
- Annual contracts require 60 days’ written notice for cancellation
- Project-based work which is canceled by you before completion will result
- Scheduled consultations can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice and the original consultation fee for that appointment will be refunded according to the Refund policy above
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in forfeiting the consultation fee
