What services do you offer, and what do they cost?
Three fixed-price, fixed-scope services:
- Email Deliverability Audit — $497. Find out why your emails land in spam. Delivered in 3–5 business days.
- AI Roadmap Sprint — $1,500. A 2-week diagnostic that maps your workflows and delivers a prioritized AI implementation roadmap with ROI estimates.
- Email Outreach Launch System — $3,500 one-time (+ optional $750/mo managed sending). Complete cold email infrastructure, live in 30 days.
Who do you work with?
Small businesses — typically 5–50 employees, $500k–$5M revenue — in operations-heavy industries: service businesses, contractors, real estate teams, agencies, and professional services. If your team spends hours a week on manual data entry, follow-ups, or reporting, you're the person these services were designed for.
Which service should I start with?

Do you require long-term contracts or retainers?
No. Every core service is a one-time project with defined scope, price, and timeline. Ongoing options (like managed sending) are month-to-month and cancelable anytime. We'd rather earn the next project than lock you into it.
Is there a guarantee?
The AI Roadmap Sprint has a money-back guarantee: if we can't identify at least 3 quick wins saving your team a combined 5+ hours per week, you don't pay. The audit and launch system are fixed-scope with deliverables agreed in writing before work starts.
How do payments work?
Payment is due upfront when you book. Card, ACH, or invoice all work.
What tools and platforms do you work with?
We're tool-agnostic — recommendations are matched to your budget and your team's skill level. Deep experience with n8n, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Zapier, MCP-based agent workflows, Salesforce, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and cold-email platforms like Instantly and Smartlead. We don't take affiliate commissions, so the recommendation is always what's right for you.
Who actually does the work?
Josh Lamb — no account managers, no junior handoffs. Josh's background spans cybersecurity, marketing systems, and CRM/automation consulting for small businesses across the US.
Do you do custom projects outside these three services?
Yes — custom systems work (CRM builds, onboarding automation, post-sale systems) is available, and most of it starts as a follow-on from one of the productized services. The fixed-scope offers exist so you can test working with us at low risk first.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, happy to — most clients share internal process details during workflow mapping, and confidentiality is standard practice for us either way.
